For your convenience, we gladly accept all indemnity insurance plans. We are a participating provider with Delta Dental Premier, Cigna Total, and Cigna Radius. Unfortunately, we do not accept DMO,DPO, EPO, or HMO plans. We also accept all major credit cards, cash, money orders and personal checks. We participate with Care Credit to help those patients who desire a payment plan (up to 12 months, interest free). Arrangements with Care Credit should be made prior to your first appointment. Unless other arrangements are made in advance, payment is due at the time service is rendered. Patients without dental insurance who pay with cash or check will receive a 5% discount.

If you have questions regarding your account, please do not hesitate to contact us at (720) 699-7204. Many times, a simple telephone call will give us an opportunity to look into the situation with the intention to clear up any misunderstandings.

Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office, regardless of your insurance coverage. Most insurance companies provide the same benefits for out of network providers.

As a courtesy to those with dental insurance, we will gladly file your insurance for 100% of our fees. Depending on the dental procedure a certain amount will be collected at the time of service. We then will submit your insurance claim for the services rendered that day. After your insurance company has paid their scheduled fees to our office, we will bill you for any remaining balance due. If, on the rare occasion, your insurance pays more then was is due we can either leave the balance as a credit on your account for future services or will gladly write you a patient refund check.
